You're going to arrive there anyway.

Who will you be when you get there?

Ten years from now, you will be ten years older. That part is guaranteed. What is not guaranteed is the man you will have become, the relationships you will have built, the habits you will have formed, or whether your faith, finances, family and health will have moved in the same direction.

Not your job title. Your life.

November 14 · 10 AM – 3 PM · Katy, TX · Men 20–40 · Registration is free

Sec. 01 — The man this day is for

He is not lazy. He may just be unclear.

He gets up and goes to work. He pays his bills. He has goals. He's trying to make more money. Maybe he's serious about the gym. Maybe he's serving at church. Maybe he's dating and beginning to think seriously about marriage.

He wants children someday. He wants to make his parents proud. He wants his life to matter.

From the outside, he may even look like he's doing well.

But ask him one question:

"What are you actually building?"

And suddenly the answer becomes harder.

He can tell you what job he wants next. He can tell you how much money he wants to make. He may even tell you when he wants to get married. But can he describe the life all of those things are supposed to create?

A man can be hardworking and still be scattered.

A good job is not the same thing as a clear life.

A salary can fund a life. It cannot define one.

Sec. 02 — A word to the older man

If you're an older man reading this, you may recognize him.

Maybe because you once were him.

You remember being 25. Or 30. Or 35. Working hard. Trying to make good decisions. Learning some lessons from mentors. Learning others the expensive way.

Perhaps there are conversations you wish someone had sat you down and had with you earlier.

About money. Marriage. Health. Character. Faith. Fatherhood. Calling.
The difference between having goals and having a governing vision for your life.

You cannot go back and give your younger self that conversation.

But you can give it
to another man.

Sec. 03 — The one-sentence test

Can you explain the life you're building in one sentence?

Don't tell us your profession. Don't simply say "successful." Describe the life.

Harder than it looked?

That is not condemnation. That is information.

If you're reading this and immediately thought of your son, nephew, employee, mentee, younger brother or a young man at your church, you probably understand why this work matters.

Sec. 04 — What happens without one

Without a governing vision, life starts making the decisions for you.

Vision gives good things their place.

Proverbs 29:18
"Where there is no vision, the people perish."

The Hebrew idea is not just dying. It is becoming unrestrained, aimless, and scattered. That is not a description of bad men. It is a description of men without vision.

Vision is not predicting your future. It is not a vision board. It is not believing you can control every outcome. It is having enough clarity about what God has entrusted to you, who you are becoming and what matters most, that you can make today's decisions with tomorrow in view.

Sec. 05 — Walk him into 2036

Ten years will touch every part of his life.

2026 2028 2030 2033 2036

This one day of work focuses on the four areas that decade will touch most:

01

Faith

What kind of relationship with God is being built? Not attended. Built.

02

Finance

Will he simply earn more, or understand what his money is for?

03

Family

What kind of husband is he becoming before the wedding? What kind of father will his children experience?

04

Fitness & Health

What condition will his body be in when his family needs him?

Sponsoring this program is not paying for one Saturday. It is helping 35 men think seriously about the next ten years.

Sec. 06 — For the man thinking about marriage

Before you ask someone to join your future, have you defined it?

A woman is not looking for a flawless man. Marriage does not require a man who knows every detail of the future.

But there is a difference between uncertainty about life's details and having no clear direction at all. She wants to know that you're consistent. That you're kind. That you have the capacity to lead her, and the family you will raise together, toward God, before she trusts her entire life into your hands.

A man should be able to speak thoughtfully about:

What he values. How his faith shapes his decisions. What kind of home he wants to build. How he thinks about money. How he takes responsibility for his health. What kind of husband he wants to become. What kind of father he hopes his children will know. Where he believes his life is headed.

When that clarity exists, your conversations change. You speak differently to the woman you're pursuing because you can articulate the future you're inviting her into. You speak with greater purpose to mentors, employers, investors and pastors, because you can explain not only what you do, but why you do it and where you're going.

Build a life worth inviting others into.

Sec. 07 — A workshop, not a motivational event

He does not need another man to tell him to dream big.

He needs time, structure, good questions and wise voices to help him translate ambition into direction.

We're coming to work.

01 · Reflect

Take an honest look

At where life is currently headed, in all four areas.

02 · Define

Identify the man

He intends to become by 2036, in writing.

03 · Align

Bring it under one vision

Faith, finance, family, and health pulling the same direction.

04 · Build

Translate vision into goals

Clear and measurable, connected to the bigger picture.

05 · Map

Draw the roadmap

A structured picture of 2026 through 2036.

06 · Act

Define the habits

Practical next steps that begin Monday morning, not someday.

Sec. 08 — What he takes home

He won't leave with just notes.

He leaves with something built.

A personal vision statement

Language for the life he intends to build.

A 10-year roadmap

A structured picture of 2026 through 2036.

Clear core values

Principles that help determine what gets a yes and what gets a no.

Measurable goals

In faith, finance, family, and health, connected to the bigger picture.

Practical habits

Actions that bring vision into ordinary life.

Greater clarity

The ability to explain where he is going to a future spouse, mentor, pastor, employer, investor or collaborator.

"A vision that cannot influence Tuesday morning is just nice handwriting."

Sec. 10 — One question

Who came to mind while you were reading this?

Your son? Your nephew? A younger brother? Someone on your team?
A young man at church? A man you mentor?
Someone who is talented but scattered? Someone preparing for marriage?
Someone whose ambition needs direction?

His seat is already free. Make sure he takes it.

Put him in the room.

Sec. 11 — Speakers & men in the room

Wise voices. Practical conversations. Real work.

This is not a celebrity lineup. These are men with proven track records in the areas that matter, brought into the room to help every man do the work well: with sessions across faith, finance, family, and fitness & health.

This is not an auditorium of hundreds where a man disappears in the crowd.

Approximately 35 men. Tables. Conversation. Questions. Reflection. Work.

Room to think. Room to ask. Room to build.

Your sponsored man is not simply entering an audience. He is entering a working room.

Two ways into this room

For the man building his life

I'm between 20 and 40

Registration is free

I want to stop long enough to ask what I'm actually building. I want to leave November 14 with a written vision, a 10-year roadmap, core values, and habits that start Monday.

Seats are limited to 35 men, and they are covered by men who believe your next ten years are worth investing in. All that is required of you is to show up and work.

For the man who has been there

I want this day to happen

I remember being 25, 30, 35. I cannot go back and give my younger self the conversations I needed. But I can help put them in front of 35 other men.

The workshop is free for every man who attends. Sponsors carry the program itself: the room, the meals, and the workbooks. Give at whatever level you choose, and send every young man you know to register.

Sec. 12 — The details

One Saturday. Ten years of direction.

Date & time

Saturday, Nov 14

Location

BMC Studio

3740 N Mason Rd D, Katy, TX 77449

Who & what

Men 20–40 · Free

35 seats · Faith, finance, family, fitness & health · Listed on Eventbrite as "The Blueprint"

Ten years will pass whether you have direction or not.

Two men are 30 today. Both work hard. Both want good lives. Both hope to marry, raise families, build financial stability, stay healthy, follow God and do meaningful work. Neither intends to waste the decade.

But one of them stops long enough, on one Saturday in November, to ask what he is actually building. He does not predict everything that will happen. He simply stops allowing everything that happens to determine who he becomes.

Then one day, both men arrive in 2036.

The difference may not be talent, intelligence, or even opportunity. The difference may simply be one question, asked in time.
